INDIANAPOLIS - Congressman André Carson will join the General Services Agency (GSA) Administrator Martha Johnson, Indianapolis businesses and workers on Friday, June 4 at the Major General Emmett J. Bean Federal Center to discuss economic and job impacts spurred by Recovery Act investments in Indianapolis.

The Bean Federal Center, an active construction site and one of the largest in the Indianapolis area, and the Birch Bayh Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse have received funding from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act to convert them into higher performing, greener buildings.
