Carson Statement on Magnus-Stinson Confirmation

"Jane Magnus-Stinson has served the justice system for many years and is more than qualified to join the ranks of the federal judiciary. She has been recognized time and again as a distinguished jurist on the local level. Now she will have the opportunity to serve the American people in an even greater role, becoming only the third woman in Indiana's history to serve on the federal district court.

"Judge Magnus-Stinson is a person of great integrity-driven by excellence and committed to the fair application of our nation's laws. We're fortunate to have someone of her caliber sitting on the federal bench.
