INDIANAPOLIS - Congressman André Carson will speak to the Latino Coalition Against Domestic & Sexual Violence today as part of its 5th Annual Statewide Conference.

This year's conference, "Breaking the Global Cycle of Violence: Connecting Immigrant Communities" will be focusing on the epidemic of domestic violence that affects individuals regardless of age, race, religion or economic background.
