On November 15, Congressman André Carson joined members of the Indiana Congressional Delegation to request that the Prisoner of War/Missing in Action flag be flown at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

On December 9, Congressman Carson received notice that the flag first flew the week of November 28th, just in time for the Big Ten Championship Football game.  The flag will also be on display during the 2012 Super Bowl in Indianapolis.
