This legislation officially recognizes MLK Park in Indianapolis where Senator Robert F. Kennedy delivered a timeless speech on the day Martin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated, and establishes the site as a part of the newly created U.S. Civil Rights Network.

The 'Make It It America' Listening Tour is making stops across the country so House Democrats can hear from Americans about the economic pressures they face and the challenges that need to be addressed. The information gathered will be used to further shape the ‘Make It In America’ plan in Congress.
