Youth Opportunities Fair coming Mon, March 13

Dear Friend,

With spring just around the corner, many young people and families are looking for camps, jobs, and other positive opportunities once school is out. Our community is fortunate to have many great resources that enrich our kids' lives. But the task of identifying those resources and finding the right fit can feel overwhelming. 

That is why I am pleased to once again offer my annual Youth Opportunities Fair to connect Indy residents with a wide variety of enrichment programs, internships, and job opportunities. The event will be held on Monday, March 13 at the Ivy Tech Community College Culinary and Conference Center (2820 N Meridian St, Indianapolis, IN 46208) from noon to 7pm. 

Visit with 75 exhibitors at your own pace and find the right fit for you. Working-age youth can connect with businesses and organizations hiring for summer and year-long positions, while families with younger children can connect to other programming.
The event is free and no pre-registration is required. Youth, parents and guardians are invited to attend. Schools or community organizations hoping to bring groups are encouraged to contact my office to make the most of your experience.
