Next week marks one year since Donald Trump was sworn into office, giving Republicans control of both the White House and Congress.

In the last year, inflation has soared and everyday costs have become even more expensive. Health care. Grocery bills. Housing. Utility bills. Life is simply not affordable.

This is a direct result of extreme Republican policies, including:

This week, my office hosted a tax prep seminar. Weren't able to make it? You can find resources at carson.house.gov/taxprep. 

In addition, the Indiana Low Income Tax Clinics and the Social Security Administration will host office hours on February 9 from 10:00am to 2:30pm at the Indianapolis Public Library -- Central Branch. Stop by if you have questions about filing 2025 taxes!
