Carson: Allison's Job Announcement is Latest Example of Recovery Act's Success

"Today's landmark announcement by Allison Transmission is the latest example of the Recovery Act at work in our local community. Thanks to the Recovery Act, more than 100 Hoosiers are going to be put back to work building a transmission that will set a new standard in hybrid technology. This hybrid transmission includes components built in two other Indiana plants.
