Carson Statement on the Conviction of Rwandan Genocide Mastermind

Washington, D.C. – "Today, I commend the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda for their conviction of Colonel Theoneste Bagosora, whose role in the 1994 genocide resulted in the death of over 800,000 Rwandans."
