WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman André Carson released today the following statement regarding the passing of entrepreneur and philanthropist Gene Glick:
"I am deeply saddened by the passing of legendary community leader, businessman and philanthropist Gene Glick. As the owner of Gene B. Glick Co., one of the largest real-estate firms in the country, Gene used his generosity to help the community in many ways. He will be deeply missed.
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman André Carson issued the following statement regarding the death of Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Officer Rod Bradway:
"Today, our community lost a man of valor. When Officer Bradway heard a desperate cry for help, he acted without hesitation or fear to save a life, and in so doing, he sacrificed his own. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Officer Bradway's wife, Jamie, their children, and to the friends, loved ones, and brothers and sisters-in-arms whose lives he touched."
